BBS STYLE 5 -17'' Wheels

Rims are BBS Style 5s 17''

As you can see they are beat up from stone chips and they do wobble a bit. So straightening wouldnt hurt them. I was going to get them fixed, but decided to just buy new wheels. Came off a E39 540i

Going to the lucky new owner for....... 700 shiney ones ($) or lets see the offers!

Tires are NOT included.

Whoah, when I bought my style 5s they came off an e39 540 with those same tires...wierd.

A day polishing those things will make them look amazing. GLWS

how wobbly are they? i know it might sound stupid but like if im driving behind you, is it very noticible? would u know if its the centers themselves that are damaged?

These would be sweet as a back up set to paint a crazy colour!

you would not notice the wobble just by looking at them from the rear. However you will feel a bit of vibration in the car. I used them last winter and it was driveable. The vibration is not extreme. I was considering using them again, but got a really good deal on some brand new rims.

Centers are straight, the "can" or the dish is not.

I have taken the tires off today, so they are ready for delivery!

The best way to check for "wobble" is to balance them. Failing that, put them on the rear axle, jack up the car onto jackstands and put it into 1st gear and watch. All of my rim sets have 2 that have wobble (I have a feeling that it's the rears that get bent out of shape). It's best to put the out of round rims in the rear, where it won't wear out your steering components. Talking to the rim repair guys, they say it's hard to find a set of rims that aren't somewhat out of round because of potholes. Except for my 15"s ... those seem indestructible!
