Anyone had experience with PIFKs?

Anyone had experiences with K&N Fuel Injection Performance Kits (FIPK)?

I was thinking of tinkering with my old integra and these kits promise 10-15 horsepower.

But pretty expensive though and may not be able to get it in canada (Canadian tire not sure they have it and the only other distributor quoted $450 US when it's on US websites for $250 US).

Seems sort of steep! Anyone had experiences with this stuff?

Still seems a bit pricey at the moment for a tube and a filter... but giving my old beater Integra more power is awefully tempting...

I'll have to decide between this and a Dinan strut bar for my BMW...

I know I know... I just LOVE that strut bar....

I talked to the Dinan rep at the auto show and I think it's available at Engineering Automotive for $700 installed. Sounds reasonable?

One problem though, I'm a novice when it comes to mods and add ons and I'm worried that BMW will void my warranty if something goes wrong with my car. I've already heard a lot of finger pointing by the dealers on other boards about people who changed rims/shocks/etc when a problem occurs.

I know Dinan is recognized at the states and a strut bar is pretty trivial but they said they have no formal agreement with BMW here... what do u think? Worth the risk on a brand new car?
