Advice on turbo

i have a 2000 328i, i wanna get a turbo for it is it worth it? and if so what setup do you guys suggest and any good mechanics here that could install it for a decent price

Turbo is superduper expensive.
A supercharger might be more affordable for the difference it would make on your model.
But if you're going to spend the 6gs getting a supercharger second hand, you might as well just sell it and get a different model.

get HPF kit, haha, it's pricy but 500-600hp.

I second that.
you going to have to examine a hidden costs.
You going to boost the engine and I can assure you, it can take it. However the secondary systems are not really up to the task.Most of them will need to be replaced. Plus the down time of the vehicle, unless it is a project car. Then running cost of the vehicle once it is boosted. Do take it all in to the account.

But the LOOK, POWER and the SOUND. All make up for it. GOOD LUCK
I recommend Active Autowerke.
