None of them are M5's. The E34 is 530i/535i/540i with aero kit.
Check Page 2 of this thread, post #21, pic is from a different angle. It's not an M5. It's a late model E34, facelifted with wide grille. Likely a 540i.
^^ok you win. I didn't see that pic. If you only saw the one with the front view, you'd be excused for thinking it was a facelifted Euro M5 or even a Canadian M540i
