just a thought....

was just thinking. being an ex jeep owner that maby we should have a bmw wave.... lol. try to make it worldwide. just a thought.

don't think it would happen...half of BMW owners only drive one for the status, not because they appreciate the car.

The BMW wave already exists - you're late to the party. I don't mind it when I see a cool BMW (obviously an enthusiast) and we acknowledge our appreciation for each others cars with a wave or nod, but if you're suggesting an all-encompassing wave, like motorcyclists do, then I say no way. Trust me, it gets old really fast. On days when EVERYONE is out on their bikes, you start to feel like a tool waving at everyone that goes by.

lol nothing like a bunch of tools waving. I had a couple here and there. mostly the e30 guys. nothing wrong with a little bimmer appriciation

i know the bike wave well..... and i wave to bimmer owners but noone in guelph seems to wave back

i was driving through ajax last week and a silver e30 passed me full of young guys and they were honking and waving like crazy. it was funny and i didn't know what to do so i just nodded.

i find that there is a strong appreciation amongst the bmw community , i usually give the thumbs up to modded cars and they wave back , i think a bmw wave would work , lets make it happen !!

what ever happened to the high-beam flash and the nod? i ran into a guy driving a red e30 on my way to bimmersport. it was funny cuz we were side by side (litterally, since i was RHD and he was LHD) and we just had a convo while coasting up tomken

I once flashed my beams to let another car know he was clear to merge.... He brake checked me and kept indicating we should move to the shoulder to "discuss". I think he was extra angry cause i was laughing at his ignorance.
