It only cost me for the new ZKWs. I had a ton of headlights from a body shop I had connections with, so I got the projectors and bezels for free. The retrofit was done by a guy who does it semi-professionally and I paid him with smashed headlights lol. It's worth it to get the retro done by someone who knows what they're doing. My cutoff alignment is the best I've seen in an E36 retro.
