This is my "DNF" run on sunday

. Hit the stop cone at the end of my run. I think I hit a cone at some point too, but that didn't matter. Sam is the loud-ass co-pliot, haha!

looked like a ton of fun, checked the schedule and it would seem that that was the last event for 09? know anywhere elsei could come spectate? or perhaps anymore trillium might be hosting?

^^I'm not sure... Middle of the pack I hope. I'm pretty sure I beat the other E30 318is (richie) and the other M42 powered car. I know for sure I placed behind the Ferrari 360, Mini Coopers, Rudy, John, and The shifter cart. I think I beat Sam with his M50 318is by like .4 of a second. I'd have to wait for the results to be posted. I've got a list of things to do to the car to get it up to par, hopefully. Tonnes of fun though, regardless of how poorly I did. Can't wait for next year when they move the track to Downsview AFB.

Yep you had me this one, you were driving wicked at this event! Not an excuse but anyone notice the cloud of blue coming from my tail pipe.... Number one plug is wet with oil... I guess I better get moving on the new motor. Glad to have another m42 driver out there. Next year is gonna be a blast. Was building more
track oriented but now I'm hooked on the autocross....need to go back to powersteering for next year.....e36 rack anyone? We got to bounce ideas about car set up and show the 6ers what 16 valves can do.

Yeah, the smoke was really only for the first couple turns. Then it just leaked out from the pan

16v's FTW next year... Rudy is going down!!

LOL. It only leaks when the motor is off Pan gasket next on todo list.

No you just need a susension and tires that complement the swap.

That camera is messed, or the video messed up when he encoded it because it was jumping forward frames. Quick car but the messed up video made it look even quicker lol.

God I cannot wait for next year, bigger lot at downsveiw and the special event in London using all 3 runways!! It will make that Picton event look like a small track!!

Oh just bought another car today....E30 is garage bound for the winter for proper rebuild
