hmm

I can't think from the top of my head about what program you can use because *.avi is usually converted to *.wmv. This means that *.wmv is a format that compresses the *.avi to make the file size smaller, and you ususally lost video quality and audio as a result in most cases.

If you convert *.wmv to *.avi, you will still get the same video and audio quality from the *.wmv file only just a larger size, perhaps.

What are you trying to do exactly, maybe I can try and help.

hmm

Do you mean Video CD by VCD, where you can watch the videos on a DVD player or VCD player?

or

You meant a CD with videos where you can open and run the video from the CD?

If you are referring to the second, I believe neuro should be able to burn any files if you're making a data cd.

Hmm, do you have Roxi Adapetec Easy Cd Creator? I found it to be a much easier CD burning ware to use.

"You meant a CD with videos where you can open and run the video from the CD? "

That meaning where you can run the CD from your computer and watch the videos.
