I want more HP without getting into super or turbo kits, Any ideas?

I would listen to all of the suggestions above. These ppl know what they r talking about and u can't go wrong with any of the suggestions. Personally I would look in the 330ix if awd is a must for you. If u have the money..spend it on proper mods and ul be satisfied. Good luck with the car

If you're serious about getting a supercharger in the spring (you won't be getting a turbo, trust me), then don't do ANY mods now. All the software and intake you've already done or will do, will have to be replaced to install the supercharger.

PS Don't waste money modding a 325xi. You don't have 215 hp with those mods, it might SOUND like you do, but you don't... Enjoy it for what it is, or supercharge it, or buy the 330xi.
