not trying to discourage you, but i'd say $1500-3000. some of this may depend on who wants to buy the car, and how much they think the car is worth.

modifications lower value and selling it to an enthusiast will bring the asking price
on a trade in condition car like that would be valued 1500-1800 as the car is 14 years old

Wow eh...well then I'm screwed. The price of these cars has really plummeted the past two years... I bought mine for 7200! 160k, 5spd, etc. Now it's worth like 4k..

yep i got screwed real bad when I sold my 328
I paid almost 10 for it then sold it for around 4!
i'm hoping my m3 can somhow retail it's value a bit better! As for this car will you be including those rims because those alone are worth a ton of money. I would say 3-4k which hurts me to say......
these cars (when clean) should fetch way more than they do

a car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it... i sold a crx 3 years ago for 7200 dollars.. nothing fancy about it either.. just clean with a nice paint job.. the guy wanted it that bad.. as much as it sucks, selling cars requires a bit of patience and luck.

1500 to 3000? Are you people on crack? Have people really become so cheap?
That car is worth an easy 5K+ if it is in good shape.

market really changed - anything over 10 years is less than $10000 and the older you get the less money it is. this doesn't apply to certain premium cars.
early e46s sell for 6000-7000 so 1995 e36 will not sell for 5000

My old yellow 325is with a an authentic ac schnitzer kit, dropped, and sport package has 175k's is having a hard time selling at 4200. I'm going to say if you price it anything above 4. You might be holding onto it for a while.

I'd say 3400-3800.

But then again the kid who bought it from me, think's it's an m3, put stickers everywhere and put some horrid 18 inch chrome wheels on it. I very much so regret selling that car.

maybe sell the alpina rims separate, then sell the car. you may get more money for it.

the market isnt all that good right now, but ppl will pay what the want to pay. maybe you could get 5000 for it. the car is in pretty good shape, and it look clean. just sell the rims separate though.
