Went to Luskville Today!

Thanks guys for your support today; made the day very enjoyable. Adam helped make my nerves calm and Mike was very nice to do a run with me on my first run. I was very nervous, let me say.

My best reaction time for the day was on the second run a 0.604 (from 0.5) but after that I was concentrating more on the clutch position at launch, and the first shift, so reaction time went out the window.

My best run was the last one:

Reaction: 0.701
I1: 2.198
I2: 6.230
I3: 8.908 @ 82.662 mph

E.T. : 13.606 @ 105.437 MPH

For those who don't know my car, its my E30, turbo @ ~10.5 psi. I had no trunk tar or spare tire, nor any A/C. I do have a huge amplifer board with 2 amps tho (stupid) and ate two frozen dinners for lunch.

I couldn't really get the hang of first or second gear. The stiff suspension and 17" wheels just made the rear end hop, sometimes a dozen times through second gear. It sounded like I was driving over potholes. Third and fourth gear are awesome though, hence the 105 mph. If I could get the 60' near 2.0 I imagine I would see some really amazing improvements, but still....

I'm SUPER happy with my times today! Yay!

Numbers were great man, and the car has soooo much more left in it, can't wait to see what it does in the future. Thanks for letting me tag along.

Ya your in the same boat as me, lots of mph but the times dont show what the car can do lol. If you get good slicks you will be 12s no problem.

No the bimmers were parked beside me lol. And ya that was me with the big tires, shitty autocross tires, but they kept me from breaking a axle, last time I went with my stock tires I broke the drivers side axle the second pass from wheel hop, I wasnt happy.
