100% scam........... and you know why??? Just had another nut bar email me the same crap......... saying he's a sailor too, etc, etc. Seems to be a lot of sailors in the market for an S14 motor.
Didn't something like this happen to a guy on the Competition Corvette forums? A guy paid him through PayPal (CC), picked up the item, buyer did a charge back, seller tried to reverse the charges but could not prove he shipped anything. I think it was around $10k.
Everyone is giving sometimes complicated answers, it's pretty easy. CASH only, I don't care if you ups, fedex or mail it to me but I'm not sending anything without cash in my hand. Then he can do whatever he wants with the motor.
