Ok Good!!.i will be paying you with my credit card via my PayPal account,So you can send me your email with PayPal email or a PayPal Money request so i can pay in right away.i can't really do the pick up now by myself as i am a sailor and i don't have much bucks around me except my credit card. Make sure you get back to me so that we can arrange for
pick up as i will like the item to be picked by my shipper he will check it out also....i want it before the 18th when i will be back in Windsor!!!,so no shipping!!!! Pete

Oh and the 18th is tomorrow. Wants to pay without seeing it........... but his shipper will come look at it. Sounds really fuked up. Are there credit card scam happening on Paypal that I should be aware of ?

Guy is insisting.............. no haggling on the price and is in a rush. Paypal payment immediately......... once it clear, his shipping guy shows up tomorrow to see and pick it up. Alarm bells going off.................. too good to be true. "Danger Will Robinson.... Danger"

On a paypal payment you can retract a payment. Tell him to pay by other means .. then your good.

Tell him to get the shipper to bring cash. If he trusts the shipper to inspect the motor, he should trust him with the cash.

on top of that ask him where hes on a boat and ask where hes getting the amazing internet access lol.
Then ask him whats the rush since hes on a boat and what he plans to put the engine into.

SCAM! Obvious... their grammar is always the same. The punctuation is a mess, and he capitalizes random words. Probably some nigerian.

Looks like a scam to me. Good suggestion to have him send cash with shipper.

Definitely scam. Tell him to put the credit card in an ATM, pull the money out and do an international wire transfer to your bank acct, this way it is safe for both parties. You are ensured to get your money.

I'd consider taking the credit card, but with a few provisions.
if he gave me:
Photocopy of current government ID
Residential landline which will reverse to the address same as above ID and his last name.
Photocopy of ownership for car it is going into.

i'd consider it.

He wont provide this to you, because he's a dutty dutty scammer.
