Help identify this leak

Evening everyone

Pulling the car out today and see a little leak in the front of the car right under the headlight. It looked blue but didn't smell like coolant. I figure it had to be washer fluid. Jacked up the car and was able to find the culprite. Can someone confirm if its a plastic tube going into the headlight washer or not? If it is im heading out to dealership for some free waranty repairs

Much appreciated

and to give u a larger picture of the area, picture # 2
