OBD II cars don't require a chip, it's a ECU flash

The memory chips in an OBD-2 DME are soldered in and are usually re-programmed via the OBD-@ diagnostic port. I'd run a sale on OBD-2 software if there was interest, ($325 if there were 10 sales) but probably shouldn't mention it here!
