I've been driving for over a year without a front plate (almost 2 if you count my old car). 2 warnings at those RIDE/drunk driving blitz checks and pulled over another time going past tim hortons. The cop was just pulling out of the lot lol.

I keep the plate under my passengers seat. Putting it on your dash is just asking for it.
