theres only a few 16" rims that will clear the m3 front brakes. i have some borbet 16's and i run 5mm spacers for when i store the car.

is there something wrong with 17's or are you asking cuz you don't feel like getting rims?

Oh i'd love to get 17 inch rims but I wanna
do all my mechenical stuff done first then
do the body....
Kosei k1 racing rims will prob be my choice of rims
