BTW, love the view !!!

And I beg to differ.......... she's exotic in my eyes........... but I look at her different then most !!! I've touched her everywhere. I gutted mine and rebuilt it from the shell up.
If you are having any trouble passing emissions you can retard the adjustment screw on the afm to lean things out a bit during the test and put it back after. I have a Dinan chip and was just failing, I adjusted the screw and it passed. I have a stromung muffler which isn't exactly quiet but not loud enough to be bothered by the cops.

You haven't posted any pictures of your completed project have you?

What year is your M3? You have it down as an 87? If it is you're out of the emissions program for good I think. But then again they only came to North America in 88.

Mine's an '88. The first one I had acquired that never made it to the road cause it was rotted was an '87 chassis being gutted for parts for a '69 2002 project car. Was a sad thing to do but the previous owner killed her bad........ was also rear ended. Sad fate.

Yeah, and I mixed up the registration papers at the Ministry and the lady had the pleasure of informing me that I needed emmissions. I was like WHAT ?!!?!? Figures, the year I have and they change the emmissions program. Bastards.

I have pictures on my phone.......... if I could somehow upload them I do so now. I should get on that as I've never posted how things are currently. Car is definitely NOT finished. But when are they EVER done............
