Alright so here it goes I'm customising a cat back exauhst on my 2004 325xi and I noticed that one of the tips was baffled so that in low RMS's the tip is closed off the reduce sound and emmisions now what I'm wodering is what is the best way to disconect this mech without screwing anything with the computer? It's just a vacuum operated flap to control noise. Has no connection to the computer or anything to do with emissions.
If you installing a new exhaust then just seal off the end of the pipe that goes to the tip and install your new cat back.
