250cc Team Joyner Sand Viper

It is practically brand new. It has been sitting in my garage for two years and I have driven it once. It has a flat tire, I am not sure if its punctured or not. I just have no use for it. It retails for 4500USD, I will let it go for 2250CAD, which is less than 50%.
