My 1986 BMW 325e!

So I started working on the car again after taking a few years off of it to work on my Neon. Started by buying a parts car as I didnt have much left in the car cuz it was striped for a S38, but decided to go a different way with it since it only has 280ish hp and and it needed alot of work to finish the install of that motor. So I picked up a 1989 325 5 speed with a few goodies on it like h&r race springs shrick (sp?) cam and a bav auto chip and short shifter. Stupid me I didnt take any pics of the parts car BEFORE I started striping it lol just during. Anyways here are some pics of the 86 when I brought it home.

This is the S38 that was in it

Here is a few shots of taking the engine out of the parts car lol

damn! cant get the car any higher! the engine is stuck

nope just cut the rad support lol

yes it is all together! I was lazy and didnt want to come out the top and i needed the cross member anyways as mine was cut for the other engine.

This is getting the front of mine up high enough to get the whole assy under it cuz i didnt want to cut the rad support on this car.

BAH! rust! I dont remember this when the floor was done!

and this got broke some how when it went in dont ask i dont know wtf happened. took it to a shop and got it welded.

Damn thos h&r race are low! dont now if i can drive this thing on the road!

This is doing the same for the rear as I dont have any breaks on my car and the diff in mine is only a 2.93 non lsd

This is a pic of the parts car as it sits now

Here is a few pics of the inside of the car

Thats all for now will be putting the rear in tomorrow. Then its all the fun of running the brake lines and fuel lines. Good thing I have help with this lol

nice engine choice, i hope you clean it up a bit......but um... maybe you should just stick to neons if you're going to use bumpers like those...
