Sure would be awesome if other companies could make cars like this. I.E. something fairly track focused but still streetable, lightweight, 6 speed manual, and a high strung NA engine. The one other that comes to mind would be a Viper ACR. I mean, its kinda tough for a company to justify to me that they are performance minded when they don't make a car like this. Its a real shame BMW doesn't have a car with a similar focus as the RS and ACR.

huh? In no way do the r8, rs4, or rs6 have the same purpose as the gt3 rs or viper acr.

The only thing the RS4 has in common with a GT3 RS is that its naturally aspirated. And the RS6 has nothing in common.
