Car and Car Chase movies.....

I've basically decided to start building on my DVD collection with movies that are either car related, or have amazing car chases in them.

Here is what I own so far:

Mischief
Ronin
Gone in 60 Seconds
Fast and the Furious

What I want:

Gone in 60 Seconds (the original)
Driven
Bourne Identity (I haven't seen it yet)
The French Connection
Mischief 3000

What else? The movies have to be somewhat entertaining also. I know there are a lot of movie buffs here.....

The Transporter

Who Am I (Jackie Chan, scene where a girl was driving a Mitsu EVO)

There was another Jackie Chan, recently on TBS, where he was a race car driver, ended up driving a 3000GT and beating a Skyline, there were some e30 M3s too, forgot the title

Bad Boys (Porche and the Cobra )

The Chase (Charlie Sheen, and some blonde), features a 325is going full speed... especially when she climbs over and starts riding him...

do you think BMW sponsored the bourne identity ? i noticed that you can pretty much see BMWs in every scene in the street and Mini is own by BMW ... also that guy from BMW Films is there also. have you ever seen 'the legend of speed' ? some asian movie, really bad production but it has a REALLY nice races in the street with Mitsubishi EVO 6 and Subaru WRX

Yeah I think that's it. He had a Mitsu EVO, crashed and burned it, then he got two 3000GTs from the father of a girl he helped earlier in the movie. lol

The FTO one is a different one, that was the one where he drove it over a ramp onto a boat.

Which Bond movie was it when he had a submersible Lotus?

Well, you probably want to skip Driven. Nothing even close to real racing in that one. All CG, nothing that was even a real stunt.

Acting was terrible, and the writers skipped every physics class I've ever attended or heard of. Absolute crap.

As to Bourne Identity, it was a little hokey, but a FAR better movie than F&F, or Driven.

Good call on Ronin though...THAT'S a good movie.

Bourne Identity isnt really that much of a car chase movie
there is one BADASS scene with the Mini and Clive Owen (BMW Films' actor) in the 3 series
There were some BMWs

a MUST SEE is The Transporter
Its just a badass movie (besides when the 7er blows up )
I HATE IT WHEN HE GETS THE Benz!

O YA!
Shitloads of Bond films with some pretty good chases (well sorta)

I don't how I forgot about the Transporter, I have a copy of it already, I'll have to get it on DVD though.
