Will wheels from a e39 fit on a e46

Just like the topic states will the wheels from a e39 540i fit on a 2005 330i ?
what is the bolt pattern for both of them is it the same ?
will i have the issues with the offset ?

bolt pattern is the same however the offset is a problem. I believe the E39 has a low offset as compared to the E46
