Have an E39 M5 DINAN Strut Brace, will it work on an E46 M3?

Just like the title says. My cousin used to have an E39 M5 (2000) and he had some nice upgrades on it. The one thing we're not sure of is if the DINAN strut brace will fit in his E46 M3 (2004).

Can anyone out there help me out with this at all?

Thanks in advance,
Hov

He lost the car and wanted newer I guess - I definitely wouldn't call it a downgrade though.

So it definitely won't fit eh?

I'll check with him to see if he wants to sell it. I'll probably be listing a few parts soon off the M3 - carbon fiber intake, BORLA exhaust, original M3 rims as of now. Keep an eye out if interested.
