98 M3 for sale

I have decided that I will sell my 98 M3 - I really wouldl like to buy a 2002tii and now is a good time for me to proceed.

I will tell you up front the car was repaired in 2002 (rear end damage) and has a rebuild title on it.
I had my mechanic check it out - he found no issues - the car runs straight as an arrow! - the car is my daily driver!

DETAILS (some pics attached)

58K
Dakar Yellow
Alcantra interior (immaculate and almost 0 wear)
LSD
factory tint
various minor repairs done (front brakes, battery etc to about $2K)
paint very good (no rust) but trunk lid a bit faded
Michelan pilot sport A/S in very good shape
bmw cd with new Alpine amp
motor is quiet, smooth, clutch good
selling certified and ready to license
Zenon headlight conversion (low beam)
regular oil changes (5-6K) with Quaker synthetic
staggered light weights (except spare) good shape
no other modifications other than stereo (bmw business cd)

cruise not working - I dont need it and never worried about it
fog lights crack (fn stones) but work - can fix
I believe that 4 people have owned this car

I keep REALLY GOOD CARE of my cars - I sell it with confidence as a reliable M3 - the car is seriously worth what I am selling it for.

Looking for $9800 (certified ready to go)

the car was rebuilt in 2002 from what I could find out - I dont know the exact extent of what was done (rear quarter) , but I can tell you a storey of my own, which gave me some perspective.

some time ago son damaged my 95ti (front end damage) - the car was towed to Carstar. Their comment was something like this.........

there is really nothing wrong that cant be fixed but the between new parts and the labor to fix it the cost exceeds what vehicle is worth (not exact quote) - the insurance wrote it off -

I had a couple offers from people who wanted to buy the Ti and fix it... interesting - I guess as long as repairs are done correctly (that can be determined) the car would be reliable and safe to drive.
