Rear fog light

Is it possible to just buy the European fog switch so i can use my rear fog light? My dash only has the button for the front fog lights but it still has the symbol for the rear fogs, so that leads me to believe that I can just buy the euro switch.

nope - not so - NA cars are not pre - wired for fogs. the fuse box has an extra slot for the relay which has an extra pin. been through it all ready. I have the switch still. had to break the tab off the relay to make it work in my car. You have to run a new relay and wires to the rear lights to make it a functioning fog. For e30 that is..I don't know of the other models.
