my fugly rims... info?

Does anyone know anything about these rims... they're 4X100, Centra (Made in Germany) 15", Aluminum I believe. I used them for winter rims for a few years, and have been sitting in my garage for the last three years... What the hell are they? Are they aftermarket, or were they factory from an Audi or MB or something? Just curious.

Yeah Google isn't finding too much on these. Centra Type 6's seemed to be the most popular centra rim amongst the VW guys.

I think I'll clean them up and re-spray them... Put some winter tires on them and throw them on my 318is. Hope I can find 205 55R 15 winters. They need hub rings too... Anyone know a good source for hub rings?

Chrome those puppies, stretch a set of 165 section tires on them and sell them to the VW guys for big coin.

Chrysler/Dodge? Made in Germany? I doubt it, but I see where you're coming from.

What size hub rings do you need? Canadian Tire is dirt cheap if they happen to have the right size (their selection is a bit limited).

MB has a history of making super ugly rims and old aftermarket benz rims weren't always too slick either.

My vote: Ugle Benz
