Tim Hortons Coffee prices...

Is it me or has anyone else taken note of the price of TH coffee creeping up?
I stopped for a coffee lastnight at the TH on hwy7 across the street from the weekly Woodbridge meets, and all of a sudden my large double double is a $1.49. 2 weeks ago when I went and it was a trailer it was still a $1.45. But the chick working last night was like its always been that price. Shes totally bullshitting. Anyone else noticing this?

LMAO, I thought this exactly last night. So I normally go grab a coffee at the tim hortons on caladonia and castle field. a Large DD has always been 1.49. Yesturday I went to Sugar Daddy's down on dixie just south of the 401, and when i left I stopped at the tims next door. Grabbed a Large DD and it was 1.45. only 4 cents difference but still y the price variation?

I live in Brampton, but work at the airport..and everyone I go to is a $1.45. When they charge me a $1.49 i get out raged! Its not necessary..4 cents wont make a difference...or will it? Either way..a complete pain in the ass especially when paying with exact change.

actually the extra 4 cents does help. Because if you think about it, their technically going to be making an extra 5 cents per person who buys a large coffee. Because most people arent going to wait for that 1 penny (like me) so I always give a 1.50, get my coffee and leave. 5 cents isnt big money, but muiltiplied by hundreds of thousands of people, daily adds up!

Youre absolutly right, however i either give exact change (to alleviate the mounds of it in the car) or I will definetly wait for my 1 cent just out of principal. Ive noticed this at a few locations now...this one last night being the newest addition.

What are people complaining about before a large bag of rice was $29..it jumped to $55 now its settled at $52.Look at the price of any wheat and grain products its almost doubled.

Me and my wife tend to hangout at the McDonalds and 'try' and enjoy their coffee.. depends who is making it, stirring it.. etc. Son loves the playground there, and i'm always buying up all the toys they offer, since we would never allow him to eat anything they offer. but yea, their coffee isn't bad.. better then timmies!

-plus we love to watch the overly obese fat gross people chow down on their big macs.. and stuff it down their children's throat aswell for lunch/dinner!! Better then watching Maury Povich!
