I'm looking at this place and the location looks really great, as is the price at around 130/night... apart from the location though, how was the hotel? It looks a little dated. It's not really that big of a deal, as long as it's not a run-down dump.

oh yeah Mike, hotel parking isn't free if it's underground, they'll charge you $15-20 a day for parking, so if you are in the core area expect that on the bill as well.

I'm heading out there in 2 weeks, I'll keep my eye out for hotels in the area with all the rippers & bars, I'll let you know when I get back.

Meter parking was free on the weekends, I parked on a side street beside the Delta hotel i stayed at and save $20/night over the weekend.
