Got towed yesterday, any options?
Well, I parked on Dundas (@ Bathurst) yesterday at like 3:40pm, at 4 o'clock there is no parking on the streets, at 4:07 I was tagged, and at 4:17 I was towed. I'll admit what I did was wrong (I forgot), and I paid the $92 to get my mom's car out of the pound, but is there any loophole somewhere where I can get out of the $40 ticket, or somehow magically get my $92 back if I plead insanity or something.
It's worth a try anyway, anyone know of any tricks?

From the front, with dolleys on the rear wheels, I saw the car as they pulled away with it. No damage at all.

I got towed from sheridan college in oakville to 401/dixie. The owner of the parking lot I parked at were taking pics of students parking there and calling the Abrams towing to make some cash. When I came back from class I almost knocked the tow truck driver out. Anyways I ended paying like $300 to get my car out of the pound.

hmm... now that I think about it... If you own a Tow truck you can get away with alot. You go around the city towing cars illegally parked, hehe.. and just keep them, start a whole new black market chain ... just a thought *(think about it, nobody would question you, ur just towing, - doing ur job )

g~g: that's unfortunately what happens. some tow truck drivers get paid to steal cars for people, or steal them themselves.
