I think that the police & our Government MUST follow the law. Otherwise they are engaging in illegal activities just like the criminal element does.

I expect Law enforcement to follow the law and enforce the law.

I don't understand what you're worried about, or envisioning? Do you think the cops are sitting in their offices and thinking to themselves, hey lets listen in to Ms Jones talk to her friend down the street. They might be talking about the movie they just saw.

I assure you, the cops will only go through the trouble to set this stuff up if it's absolutely necessary. It's a lot of trouble, and it's expensive.
That is exactly what people in Germany said about Adolph Hitler's breaking laws to enforce the law.

I think that a lot of you are missing the point.... your charter of rights and freedoms is being violated... period.

I don't want anyone beside the person that I call hearing what I have to say.... and I'm not doing anything's just my right.

and if you don't think that there's more than 267 cases of this going on... then you're a fool... just like these car forum boards aren't watched either..... right?
