I'm going in for an emissions test next week, my car runs amazingly fine, but it keeps a steady idol at 1k - 900 range, doesent jump around. throttle response is great. is this an issue for the testing or is 1k idol to high and will it effect my test.... ? btw its 1995 325i
Your car idle is to high. Under throttle you wont have any problems if the engine is in good condition. When they check @ idle you will produce more polution this is not good. You need to find out why she idles so high.
