POLL: Would you guys pay to see this???

Please vote!

I heard this through the grape-vine and was wondering if people would actually pay to view this happen in real-time.

Quote:
A professional stunt-bike rider (fed up with the new stunt law) doing a live feed, getting chased by police through the streets of GTA.

Would you pay to see this live feed? I think it was called "FUK DA PO-PO" or something like that. Cameras mounted everywhere on the bike, rider and also strategically placed throughout the city (predetermined route). I was always curious to see what our Peel/Durham/York/Metro cops are capable of and to what extents they would try catching a serious traffic offender. Can he out-run York's chopper?

Getaway in Stockholm! ...er, Toronto!

I'm not sure if I would pay to see it live... I would probably opt for seeing it for free 2 hours later, because you know it would go like that.

I would also be tempted to say that the "bike, no fair" comment would be correct... but it does give the guy a little bit of security and escape opportunities not open to the cops. Unless the cops bring in their ownbikes. Or call in some bear cavalry.

don't enough innocent people die from police chases already?

Toronto also has the eye in the sky.. kinda hard to beat that.

sounds like Ghost Rider in Toronto.
Knowing our government, that kind of thing would be used as justification to impose a new, more ridiculous law.

I prefer to see this on a closed road course instead of some douchebag swerving through traffic and scaring the wits of people and possibly causing accidents.

The only problem here is that if the rider ****s up, takes a risk and loses, then he'll likely not survive to face the consequences.

Car - safer... bike - nimble.

Hell, come to think of it... I probably WOULD pay to see this. But he'd have to get some heat on him to make it worth. Hell, you'd probably witness some epic shit live and first hand.
