Sorry to hear about the go-kart fail... we should try again sometime... timing was just bad for me. Anyhow, glad to hear its on the 6th and not this weekend coming up, cause I got a wedding to go to and all...

Congrats on the car. I'm just glad your car is safe from the dirt.

Anyway, The next monthly meet will be on Friday September 3. There could be another get together before then, you never know. Just keep an eye on this thread.

hope that every1 makes it out/ every1 better come out cauz it cost me $50 to get the afternoon off

Ha, I'll be there... I got tunes in the car too now!... well sort of... got the front speakers in

found a way to modify the hood latch, but using another hood latch and stacking them on top of each other... works perfectly... the globebox side however... will take some careful dremelling

It is with profound sadness that I'm announcing the retirement of the E30 for the 2010 season... last week, while booting around town with it, I've come to a catastrophic failure which will require some extensive work in order to get driveable again... I'll come to meet... but probably won't have my E30 with me

ok, I exaggerated a bit, truth is, my master clutch cylinder started leaking, it had some issues from ealier this spring, so its really not a big shock... I've had a spare one sitting in my garage this whole time too, just never got around to it... that and I still have my 200$ E30 that I'm parting out, in the way... so gotta take care of that... just gotta drop the gas tank rear subframe, and some body pieces and off the scrap yard...

Well that kinda sucks.....well, actually, does suck! Make sure you come out to the meet still. If we do anything where a BMW is required, you can always grab a ride with someone.

I guess we cann all talk and see whats good for next year. Friday may be the last meet, if it keeps getting more and more cold.

Anyway guys. I won't be out to this meet. There is a surprise party for an old friend from high school Friday night. Maybe next time, if there is one for this year.
