The actual reason i joined this thread at first was to track down someone whom was supposed to take my 175$ and order me fidanza camgears thru his "work".
Well.. that was well over a month ago now... had no contact.. had friends call him. no answer or callbacks.. one time a friend called, he answered and said hey can i call you back.. never did.
Later sent me an email explaining he has no phone now like me.. (that's fine.. plausible excuse) and that he'll be online later to explain himself and the status of my stuff.
never came back online.
sent numerous emails.. offline msn messages... txt messages to his phone (which was gone.. but he answered once from..)
to no avail.
good guy... but if you gave 175$ to for parts..... and he went AWOL on you..
what would you think?????

and my beliefs are reinforced by the fact that he doesnt answer his phone no matter when i call... doesnt email back..... but has time to check forums.. and update his msn profile photos.
Start with the member name. Calling them out straight up may put enough pressure on them to get things resolved (which at this point, is you getting your money back and a decent apology). Do that on all of the other forums too. If that doesn't work, serve him with a small claims dispute (it's free, and you don't need lawyers).
