use a torch, then with a pair of large vise grips or channel locks you might be able to turn it.

Yeah he used a pair of vice grips, and that's what rounded it off in the first place.

Dave, if you need a propane torch, I have one if you don't.

propane torch is like drinking "light" beer. Won't do shit. need something hotter or OA torch. then with channel locks or pipe wrench or vise grips reef on it!! should twist out no problem.

Oxy torch and vise grips. Probably won't come off any other way, but don't use it after you heat it up with the torch, it's useless afterwards.

yes, don't re-use the 02 sensor, and don't use a propane torch, it won't do shit. Propane won't get it hot enough. If it's in there really badly, just cut the wire and leave it. put a new hole in the pipe, weld in a new threaded insert and use anti-sieze (the kind that is safe for 02 sensors) and install a new 02.

Heat up the o2 sensor with a torch, propane will work, its not about the heat its actually the cooling that breaks them free. Heat it up and purge right away with really cold water, lock the grips down and get her out. it'll work. Mister

Pipe wrench wins, everytime. Some call them monkey wrenches. There is no way it won't get it out. Just use more leverage.
