Looks like M-Sport to me as I have the M-Sport model, minus those 17" wheels, I have the ZHP wheels.
How can I tell it's not the M-Performance? The muffler is the stock 330, you can tell by the looks of the exhaust tips. The ZHP muffler looks different than the one in the picture. Also the shifter boot and e-brake boot are leather, where as the M-Performance ones had Alcantara on the boots.

M-Sports for sure cause M-performance sedan wasn't available in Canada until 2004. 2003 models are M-Sports. Great looking car, wish mine in in that colour...
