e36 328 1998 Fan keep on blowing

328i no mod ait intake ... the Fan on the motor keep on bloing apart !! wtf !
Im thinking maybe its the motor mount ?
--the clucth fan is bran new ..
someone can help me here ?

could be motor mounts, or more likely, the waterpump bearing is shot... when was it last changed????

make sure its not hitting anything, or there aint any moving parts around the fan that can get on the way. Now how does the fan brake at the tips or where the bolts are at? Make sure the fan clutch is somewhat slippery enough and can rotate freely while the engine is at a still, because if its all tightened up and seazed i can see the engine ripping it off everytime u rev the motor too hard so make sure that, that is not the problem and go from there
