M3 Transmission Fluid

I'm thinking about doing a transmission fluid change on my M3. I searched around and saw that redline D4ATF transmission fluid was a popular alternative to BMW's fluid. Has anyone used redline and noticed a difference?

Not sure this is relevant but I used Amsoil ATF and get mad chatter with my UUC stg. 2 flywheel and "Performance organic" clutch.

I use Redline MTL in my 525 (getrag 260/5 tranny), and it shifts MUCH smoother than BMW's oil.
