Wow, those are very blue for 6's, although its obviously hard to tell in pictures. That almost looks like 10000k (see if you can dig up pictures of hound's old 7 series, that had 10000K in similar ellipsoids.)

I've got the 55w 5000k HID system from DDMtuning and they aren't blue at all, so I'm surprised that yours are for 6000k. What's with the Highbeams? they look like ellipsoids as well.

It looks to me like the lights are backwards (highs on the outside). The cross hair mod is for high beams.

Confused...

there not ellipsoids they just look like them because of the shield in the light itself.

here is another pic they are a hell of a lot whiter earlier i didn't have the car runnning and it was being powered by the jeep so i guess it didn't have enough power to run full strength. on a positive note i painted all the trim today and the valence ect all thats left is full braking system overhaul sunroof, some kind of rear valence put the interior back together and tint the windows then im done for a while

Ah, they look nice.
It's good to see what I'll be expecting in a week or two.
I have 35w 6000k's in Bosch euro ellips waiting to be installed..

I'm going to assume it was the angle at which you took the picture that it looks soooo blue. But the second sets you took at night time seems to be normal. But either way that's is looking good on a E30.
