YES!!! you've used "you're" correctly. that means you have learned at least one thing from this thread. (but that's probably the only thing)
now when you get home from work, don't forget to have mum put another gold star up for you.

buy the car already!!! I can't wait for the thread 6 months later when your debt to income ratio is shot and you can't buy a house or anything else despite making decent money. You'll also find the total cost of ownership is a lot more than you are expecting..
but parts will be cheap because America will crumble and the mighty Canadian dollar will buy all our spare exotic parts.

Great that way after 1 year of living together she legally gets half of everything anyway once she splits.
Why do I feel like we're talking to a preteen! Oh yeah same maturity and logic processing.

I don't think I can read since I swore I read that you're going to BUILD a house.

The car would be a daily. but whats really a daily? I dont drive to work i bus. I take 1 bus cause downtown parking is stupid, my boss's bus and they make over 100k a year. So daily would be after work sometimes, cause sometimes i have a 5pm shift right after which lasts till about 7pm (4hrs automatic pay). Weekend driving will be amazing. Seasonal car, i would never drive it in winter! i dont have a closed garage, but for winter i have an amazing spot to store it with no probs. oil changes, i'd def be doing myself, i take pride in my toys! and maintenance, so be it. Like i said, a year after this purchase is a house. selfish act on choosing the car before, but for some reason i want to do it that way.

Oh damn look at that...
