looking for bike

k guys,

I'm looking for a starter bike for one of my friends..she's a chick so she doesn't want anything to powerful or nothing to amazing as she is just starting off..

nothing more then $4500...she's looking for one thats about 500cc... the ninja's, kawasaki's and honda's are the preferred ones... if any of u guys r sellin or know somebody who is ... let me know

you're best off checking the trader.... in the spring! Not much in there now except snowmobiles etc.... I recommend going down to "T.O. Cycle" on Lakeshore Blvd (end of Browns Line). They have tons of older used bikes in their showroom for about that much $$$. I also think she should stay away from a 500cc just because of drastic resale depreciation... she'll also get bored of it quickly. The insurance rates aren't much more for a 600cc (non-sportbike class)... on that note, try out a '92-'93 CBR 600F3. Reliable, comfortable and sporty-looking.

Cycle World in sheppard 4545 is not bad, ive got my bike there
but trader is the best... good deals
i suggest to buy a bike soon, cause the prices gonna go up in the riding season...
for a starter bike i'd suggest an SV650s... insurance wont be too expensive on it either.
