I have a buddy who buys them and fixes them up and sells them - was going to get them from him as I could get a decent price. Problem is that my sister would rather sign a contract for 3 years and get a new 8GB 3G unit for $200, then spend the $200 (Value would be $300+) on these chainsaws and swap...

I'm following what she wants... picky as usual...

I hear ya... nothing wrong with picky; That's not even picky btw...

Now don't forget, my phone comes with a load of extras... TV output cable, universal dock - those two items alone will add over $100 (they're original/official Apple items). Plus the skins, covers, extra charger, blah blah blah, so your $200 for a decent saw sounds like a good deal. The dock etc... works with almost any Apple device (have all the inserts for iPods, iPhone 2g/3g, and other pretty Apple toys.

Forget contracts. 12+ years with FIDO, never had a contract of any type. Nothing worse knowing that someone out there has you on-the-hook.

Either way, it's still available...

Also have a W300i FIDO (Good condition), XGH-820 Unlocked (Fair condition).

Oh I know... I get my accessories from www.focalprice.com - ordered quite a bit from there, she knows about it...

Either way - I don't think it will work. The $200 was for 2 chainsaws...

and $200 is the price he would charge me - he charges more otherwise - I think it would have been closer to $300.

Those would be perfect. There's that homelite I was talking about (haha)...

Anyways, those 18" 40cc Poulans are about $250-$275 new, $100-$150 used in good condition. $200 is a GOOD price, $250 is fair, $300 is average (market).

Let's do it because I need those! Throw in the leaf blower and I'll toss in a good conition Sony Ericsson W300i w/1GB, boxes etc... as a spare phone.

The problem is that my sister doesn't want to pay $200 for the 2G one, she'd rather get a contract (doesn't plan on changing anything anytime soon, our whole family is on a ministry of health plan that's killer).
