LOL.. I was kinda thinking along the same lines. It's not that much more than other E39 m5's on the market. Which makes it a great deal.

^ I dunno, man. 20k is not what I consider "not that much more" than other E39 M5s which are going for around 30k CDN for nice ones, albeit with higher mileage. They are trying to justify the price with the low mileage, so basically this car would have to be treated like an investement (garage queen) to be worth it. Soon as you start putting miles on it it's gonna lose value rapidly. That, and two-tone black/blue interior is an eyesore for me, although it's rarity makes it cool/valuable I suppose.

I believe he meant it as it's selling for 20k more then what the average e39 M5 is going for these days. Almost all that I've seen are within the 20-24k mark, all within 100kms. I love the car the way it sits love the colour combo! Although I agree with Nick, As soon as you start putting milage on this car the value will drop very quickly, to keep the value up, you'd have to buy it and through it right back where it came from...a heated garage! If I had plenty of money to spare I would defenatly grab this! I love the thought of having an "older" but new car!
Jay

most M5's that you see at around the $20-25,000 mark have around 100,000KM on them. At around $30-35,000 you see the mileage drop to around half. for $50,000 CAD, this is a reasonable price.
