Open Liquor ticket

Soo I got a ticket tonight for open Liquor in public. One question tho

They spelled the name of the street wrong ( that I was walking on)

And They never actually did see or ask to see the beer bottle?

and they changed the fine, after the ticket was written.



Any help?

what happens if you dont pay this? do they suspend your walking privileges?

Take it to court. If they spelled the street wrong or any other information it is a automatic dismissal by the judge.

And if you dont pay, they will find a way to screw you.

Might not be so easy. I was given a speeding ticket with my plates spelled incorrectly and I still didn't win in court.

Not anymore, nowadays they'll just correct it at trial. The good old days are gone.

if you don't pay it.. your licence will get suspended..it affects it as much as a speeding ticket because it's a provincial offence
