don't know if the e46 m3 would be better than the e30 m3. the e30 is more of drivers car compared to the e46.
congrats on the buy.

and yes, more and more people are picking up e46 m3's now.

i think the E46 m3 is more of the drivers car. simply because if you really owned an E30 M3 you wouldnt drive it around as someone would an E46 M3.

at least an E46 m3 you can take for a rip and not worry about stone chips.

E30 M3 you invite your friends over for a beer and they all say "WOW"

E30 M3's SUCK!!!!!

I understand where both sides are coming from with the argument on the M3, but I don't knwo whats wrong with you guys, me particularly, I signed up for this site cause I LOVE Bmw's,i'd gladlytake either the e30 or e46 if given the oppurtunity, both amazing cars.

Definately a nice pickup, no matter what //M3 you buy it will always be a driver's car and live up to what it was made for.

Hope to be seated in a E46 //M myself one day.

basically, the e46 was toned down to make it easier to drive on longer trips on not a motorsport type of car the e30 was. doesn't really matter cause most people don't even take their cars to a track. for the ones saying an e30 sucks, i'm assuming you don't like go karting also. theres people who drive nice cars, then theres people who rather keep them in prestine condition and barely driving them.

Yea real m3 drivers take videos of them drifting and beating the shift out of their vehicle. I could find videos of any rwd car being driven that exact same way as the one thats been posted, the fact that it's an m3 is insignificant. I don't know about you, but I worry about stone chips on all my vehciles

What im saying is any one here who will actually purchase an E30 M3 will let it sit in there garage and collect dust and on ODD days be takin for a short spin...

E46 M3 will be in your driveway on a cold winter day Fire it up and bring you to WORK!!!
