LoL actually this doesn't just happen in china but also vietnam, india and many other countries. the scooters are very handy.

for example they could be used as a scooter transporter

or pig transporter

i dont know whats so funny about that..... scooters are the most affordable thing in china. they probably had to work and save for a very long time to buy one... or they stole one. so i dont really think its that crazy.
