i went there and loved it, i took comm studies too lol.
i'll tell you that comm studies is REALLY different than economics, a lot of courses about how people communicate and stuff, even some sociology and philosophy courses can be taken as electives, more useful for someone who's looking to get into PR or even broadcasting and marketing.
then again what you take in school doesn't always translate into what you do for a living, i ended up in risk management and process engineering for one of the big 5 banks, so go figure
the school itself is great, small is not bad in university, means better community, smaller class sizes and it's easier to make friends since you'll have a lot of the same people in a lot of your classes. LOTS of girls too lol.
