I had a 120d rental in Europe and it was a really fun drive! Had 4 suitcases in the trunk along with other stuff without folding a seat!

And of course ... first time I saw a white coupe ... one of the Ringrunners of Sweden brought it out for the Scuderia events at the Ring.

I think they got the series spot on minus the price of course and lack of the diesels here. You'd never want anything else as a daily after driving the 2.0d.

Such a waste of money. Rather put it a little more coin and get a 3 series. It looks like a bug in my rear view mirror.

Theyr nice little cars, and insanely fast!

If the front looked like the 335, I would consider it 100%!

(I really think the front looks scared lol)

Too expensive and not enough interior space but most importantly, ugly as hell.
honestly bro, you couldn't have said it any better. BMW is failing as of late.

Yeah the front looks like some sort of frowning scared look. I would personally get the 135 but it needs some modding to make it look good which means extra $$$

I was (when I was shopping for a new car) and still am on the fence with the 1-series.

Sometimes I think they are "cute", but I'm not really a "cute" car kinda girl.

I like the look of the car at certain angles, but from other angles the thing looks too "mooshed", squished, small, however you wanna describe it.

And as for the nose of the 1 compared to the 3 coupe/cab its not nearly aggressive and pissed-off looking enough for my taste, but it does have a kinda "cutsie" stance to it...

I like the fact that the 135 is a quick little ****er, but for the price, I'd rather spend a little extra coin and get a 335...

...which is, um, exactly what i did. LOL

((If it helps, all my girlfriends think they're "awwwwwwwwwwww so cute!!", so it would be a chick magnet for all of you guys out there hehehe))

pure nastiness, won't be caught dead in one. What were they thinking making it only SLIGHTLY lighter and SLIGHTLY cheaper than the current 3-series? They shoulda stuck with their initial idea making it DRASTICALLY lighter and cheaper, despite stepping on Mini's toes. Don't even get me started on those nasty headlights! WTF happened there?

+1

If they had brought over the hatchback, I would have been all over it. But otherwise, if I wanted a coupe it would be a 3. The price difference isn't large enough to warrant loosing all that space, and losing the nice beefy looks of the 3. Especially since the weight saved isn't even that much.

How would this car compare to the mini cooper? The platform/layout is completely different. The only department where they are both the same is looks. They are both ugly as hell.
